I am 5'4" tall and only weighed 96
pounds when I started using my Pueraria Mirifica treatments. An

By seeing and feeling results, I mean, tingling, stinging, soreness, tenderness, lumps in the breast area. Most of these symptoms for breast enhancement usually occur about 10 days before each menstrual cycle when progesterone levels are highest. Every woman is different with different hormone levels of their own but this is what I have found in my experience with Pueraria Mirifica.
Let me explain what I mean by "using a quality product". There are so many to choose from, so which ones do you try?! Many of the products on the market have been tested and found to contain chemicals, other phytoestrogens, and some even contain synthetic estrogens that cause dangerous side effects. Tips for Maximum Increase in Breast Size Using Pueraria Mirifica
Here's a brief list of tips that I've learned through my research and experiences with Pueraria Mirifica, not only for treating my autoimmune disorder but also increasing my breast size:
* Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol, and Greasy/Fatty foods!- They either block or destroy the estrogenic action of Pueraria Mirifica inhibiting some of it's beneficial breast enhancing effects.
* Split oral doses up throughout the day and drink lots of milk with each dose!- The constant supply and application of Pueraria Mirifica works better than 1 or 2 giant doses. The body will only use what it can at one time and get rid of the rest. Milk will help keep stomach acid from destroying the Pueraria Mirifica and increase it's absorption allowing for better breast size enhancement.
* It is advised to NOT use Birth Control while using Pueraria Mirifica!- Some women have used Pueraria Mirifica treatments while on birth control with great success but I personally do not advise it.
* Eat well balanced meals and take a good quality vitamin supplement if necessary!
* Do NOT use other phytoestrogen treatments like Fenugreek, Don Quai, Soy, or Red Clover with Pueraria Mirifica treatments!- Other phytoestrogens can bond to the estrogen receptors and block Pueraria Mirifica from being able to bind.
* Menopausal women or even some that have not experienced menopause yet may need to add a natural/organic Progesterone Supplement like Wild Yam Cream to increase Pueraria Mirifica's breast enlargement effects!- Most growth and breast enlargement occurs 10-14 days before menstrual cycle when Progesterone levels are highest. Estrogen and Progesterone work together to grow breasts just like during puberty or pregnancy. Menopausal women have very minimal hormone levels and may need to supplement with Progesterone. (I do not supplement with Progesterone due to my autoimmune disorder and still have growth!)
* Women over the age of 35 may want to also supplement with GABA for maximum results!- Gaba stimulates the pituitary glands release of the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) which is also an important hormone for breast growth. HGH levels begin to significantly drop in our 30's. (I have not tried this supplement, but am going to add it to my Pueraria Mirifica treatments and will update with results.)
* Paba is also another useful supplement to increase breast size!- Paba is a potent antioxidant, helps produce more red blood cells, and helps with cell division to enhance and help maximize the effects of Pueraria Mirifica for breast growth.
*Saw Plametto reduces testostosterone/DHT and increases Prolactin! Testosterone halts breast growth and enhancement. Sugar and carbohydrates in our diet increase testosterone and DHT.
* For maximum increase in breast growth and breast enhancement, use an external application of Pueraria Mirifica with breast massage and oral doses in combination!- This combination will ensure maximum bonding at the estrogen receptors located in the breast area.
Studies on Pueraria Mirifica Enhancing Breasts
Results from researchers show that White Kwao Kreu (White Pueraria Mirifica) root promotes estrogenic and mammogenic effects to various tissues and organs such as uterus, ovaries, skin, and breasts.
(March 22nd, 2007 Dr. James Howenstine, MD) stated in an article titled News With Views, "When Miroestrol enters an estrogen receptor it modulates the effect on the receptor. Pueraria Mirifica 'supplements' when the estrogenic activity is low and “dilutes” if the receptor estrogenic activity is high. Miroestrol has no effect on estrogen levels in the body as it only influences the estrogen receptor."
(Studies carried out by Thailand's Chulalongkorn University) "Pueraria mirifica therapy was able to enhance female breast size and firmness. Further tests carried out in England cite Kwao Kreu Kao's beneficial effects on the skin, and hair, as well as female breast enhancement."
"The isolation and identification of deoxymiroestrol from the root of Pueraria mirifica has been reported." (February 2000 issue of the Journal of Natural Products)
Soy, Alfalfa, Fenugreek, and Red Clover, the western health food products contain lower amounts of phytoestrogens and there is no miroestrol or it’s derivatives. Therefore, their benefits to the human body is far less than that of Pueraria mirifica.
Genistein, another type
of polyphenol compound found in Pueraria mirifica, prevented
the spread of cancer cells and inhibited the growth of the primary tumor in mice while
resveratrol, found in wine and grapes, caused apoptosis (cancer cell death) in laboratory-grown

I would like mention that I've been following the program religously for 90 days and I see not a big improvement maybe fuller breast maybe going from AA to A cup. Hello Larissa, thanks so much for your comment and question! Actually, it is a pretty strict routine to grow breasts. Since I've maintained remission for so long, I've been carefully doing a bit more experimenting for increased breast growth, loving the side effect :) The best results with Pueraria Mirifica are achieved by using external application with the Chi massage at least 2x per day everyday between your period. Taking oral doses of 500-1000mg starting about 14 days before your period when progesterone is highest. You can take smaller doses like 250mg and then increase 14 days before if needed. I always get super sore when I ovulate so my body lets me know when to add oral doses. Most instructions are very different, this is what I have to do, and what is working best for me. Progesterone cream (wild yam) can also be used on the breasts (after you've ovulated, 14 days before period) with the Pueraria Mirifica massage. Progesterone works with estrogen to increase breast size but I can not use it and still have growth from my own bodies progesterone. Exclude the Fenugreek as Pueraria Mirifica works best without other phytoestrogens. Continue with the Saw Palmetto to reduce testosterone and DHT, and you can continue with the other supplements if you want, just not the fenugreek or other phytoestrogens. I send 5 pages of instructions with my products and I'm adding to them all the time, based on research and experimenting. I went up 1 bra size only using the Pueraria Mirifica treatments and no other supplements but I have since added a few. I was still having growth spurts a year later without the other supplements when I'd gain a bit of weight. Since recently adding the specific Chi massage, Saw Palmetto, and Gaba I do notice a difference in fullness and increased soreness. My instructions are very different because of my autoimmune disorder and because there were a few things that I disagree with in the Flat to Fab program. You can't add anything hormonal to just any lotion for massage. This is why my treatments that I developed use very specific organic ingredients. Mineral oil will cause breakdown of hormones, it does not penetrate the skin, and causes damage to skin. Parabens in most lotions are preservatives and toxic estrogens that are capable of attaching to estrogen receptors possibly causing increased risk of cancer and also blocking the phytoestrogens from binding. My biggest reason for developing my own organic Pueraria Mirifica treatments as I don't trust manufacturers. Using any lotion for transdermal delivery (thru the skin and into the bloodstream) is NOT more effective than using oils. BUT they have to be very specific oils for maximum absorption into the bloodstream, which is why I qualify for my patent. The other thing I disagree with is taking a month off after 3 months. I only take time off during my period now, resuming treatment after my period so I don't build up a tolerance. I just think it's too big of a shock to your body when you've adjusted to higher hormone levels and then take it all away. Not using treatment during your period when your own bodies hormones are lowest is when I advise taking a break and it's the only time I can take a break due to my AIPA. Works very well for me and others this way but everyone is different. I have to really work with my bodies own hormonal fluctuations and I think this is what everyone should do. Puberty didn't occur within a few months and neither will increase in breast growth. I hope this helps and please feel free to ask me anything!

The Pueraria Mirifica treatments that I use are the ones that I developed and are listed above in the ebay items with the price. I developed my own Pueraria Mirifica treatments to be sure they were all organic because of my autoimmune disease, I have trust issues with manufacturing companies and their false claims. Yes, It works as long as you stick to a specific routine and your patient. It's not an overnite process and many women give up treatment after the first 30days thinking that it's doing nothing at all, but it is. It has to have time to build up in your system and your body to adjust. It's much like going thru puberty again and takes time. It completely depends on an individuals own hormones and how their body responds as to how well it will work. I won't make false claims/promises because it is impossible for me or anyone else to know YOUR bodies hormone levels. I don't believe in being misleading and think it's wrong to tell everyone that it will work the same way as it has for me or others. Yes, I'm very small framed and expected no growth at all but I've been on treatments for a year and 1/2 and am almost a 34C some days depending on my weight and diet. I was a 32A/AA before starting treatments. I'm not huge and don't expect to be so if that's what your wanting, you will probably not achieve that because of your size and weight. You will increase in breast size according to what your individual body, genetics, hormones allow. Yes, I believe it will work for everyone if they do what they need to allow the treatments to work. Hi! I have been checking up on enhanceing your breast naturally and your hub very interesting. I have read alot of stuff on doing it naturally like taking fennel, fennugreek, saw palmetto , wild yam and a few others. I thought about trying it because after breastfeeding 3 kids I have no boobs but I really don't want to take thats many pills a day. I am weighing my options and considering going with the herb you mentioned. On one web site it said PM could enhance your breast up to 80% but you also have to be careful there is alot of misguided information out there. Thanks!

Hello Amy! Thanks so much for you comments and question! Hmmm, I listed that the ingredients are all organic but thought sure I had listed the ingredients in the product description. Better fix that :) Thanks so much for bringing it to my attention. I do have a detailed list of the ingredients in the 6 pages of instructions I send. Thought I had it in the description as well. The infusion has the fewest ingredients and developed for highest potency and those with possible sensitivities. It's ingredients are: Organic, Pure White Pueraria Mirifica simultaneously extracted/infused into organic extra virgin olive oil, organic Autstralian Emu Oil, and organic coconut oil. The capsules are 100% pure, organic White Pueraria Mirifica, no other herbs. The list of ingredients for the cream is pretty long but they are also organic, most of which I import from other countries. I does contain nut oil like almond and shea butter which may be known allergens for some. Yes, I've heard of pueraria-mirifica.org. I've never used their products, so I'm uncertain of the quality. I have a private supplier from Thailand that ships me bulk of pure white top quality Pueraria Mirifica and one that I trust. Just my personal preference since I have issues with large manufacturing companies. My body goes haywire if I don't use quality because of my autoimmune disease. I kind of have a sure way of telling if the PM is top quality, mixed... lol. I'm sure the company u ordered from is fine, you should be able to tell based on your response to treatment. A lot of the companies mix their products with other phtoestrogens to save on cost, as Pure White PM is pretty expensive. Might want to double check on that. Not that they're bad products, just ones I can't/won't use and most prefer the pure pm only. I do send 6 pages of specific guidelines, instructions, tips with each order as well. The PM i get is from Thailand aswell but they are only 100mg tabs so they're not very potent. I did feel a small effect but nothing much, i've been taken 4 tabs a day when i should only take 3 but they still dont seem to be doin alot, i have noticed you mix is alot stronger per tab and i think thats what i need, especially since breast feeding 3 kids can take it out of you. But i was also very sick on my last child, so that took its toll. The things we do for our children :-)

Yes, completely understand what we do for our children and how health plays a tremendous role in our bodies/breasts. I had terrible self esteem/confidence issues from the way my breasts ended up after breastfeeding and becoming so ill. I'm not huge, don't expect to be, but I am pretty satisfied with the results since I didn't expect any breast growth to begin with. Can't expect much more than that without seeing a slice happy surgeon, lol.

I noticed a small bit of tingling when i first started my pm but it stopped very soon after, im not expecting magic or anythin i just want to get back to the way i was before my kiddies :-) i like you have been very consious of my chest after feeding my children, plus i ended up with gestational diabetes on my last child and was insolen dependent, its since left but i have to be carefull for life now as i have now had it on all 3 but my last was the worst. My first 2 were diet controlled but number 3 had me injectin 4 times a day on novarapid and insulatard with up to 30units each time plus a very strict diet, hard goin but worth it to have my healthy kids. Then i ended up with swine flu and other problems after my daughter was born. I've built myself back up, gotten to a healthy weight after loosing so much and now i just want a bit of a boost on my bust lol :-) plus the other factors of pm are brill and think most women should take it from 30yrs young onwards purely for their own well being :-)
Also i know alcohol and tea or cafeine can have a bad affect on pm, i dont drink unless its an occasion, but being irish i love my tea lol :-D so i switched to decaf instead :-)

It makes hopes it could actually work :) I've tried fenugreek, saw palmetto and fennel before for 8 months and can't even tell if it helped, well maybe just a little. Now i'm taking wild yams capsules. But since i read from many women who had taken Pueraria Mirifica got breast cancer and other problems i have been scared to try it out since then. But they got probably the wrong ones from suppliers they didn't trust and know.

Your Welcome Xenia! It does work if used properly. I've actually never read that women have gotten breast cancer from taking PM. It is cancer preventative, causes cancer cell death in MCF7 cancer cells. You shouldn't use it if you've ever had or currently suffering a female related cancer. I have had female related precancer twice and since using my treatments, it hasn't come back. Chaste berry, spearmint tea, deer antler velvet, are a few outside of the saw palmetto. Great to hear that your getting the wild yam, just use it 14 days before your period after you've ovulated, with massage. It's when your breasts will be the sorest during the month. Do you have a really low body fat percentage? That will also effect results as breast tissue is mainly fat cells. If I lose too much weight, I lose some size but it comes back as soon as I get my weight back up. My weight is always fluctuating because of my health issues. I too have been pregnant and breast fed two children with the obvious results to my breasts. I have been using ainterol pm following program of 500mg morning and night everyday. I haven't had a period for two months. Can you give any recommendations for dosage as obviously this is not working for me. Perhaps the wild yam cream would help? I have read to use pm caps for first 15 days of cycle then stop for 15 days. Also I question the quality of ainterol pm. I was wondering how have you researched the quality of the pm you use. Does it have a confirmed miroestrol quantity per mg? Is it farmed? I am interested in purchasing your products. Hello Sherrie, Thanks so much for your comment and questions. Yes, the way you are taking the Pueraria Mirifica is the typical way most companies instruct. I personally don't agree with taking it the first 15 days of your cycle based on my experience and research. Just my opinion and obviosly, no one's instructions are written in stone. You skipping your period can be normal for some women. Your body should eventually reregulate once it has adjusted to the increase in estrogen. This happened to me just using my infusion the first time I experimented with treatment. I was doing the first 15 days of cycle and didn't work out so well for me either. I send 6 pages of instructions with my orders, again, just guidelines based on research/experience and most modify based on their individual needs. I advise building up slowly so the body has time to adjust. Starting treatment of smaller doses on the first day of your cycle the first month only, gradually building up to larger doses all month until you start your next months period. When you start your 2nd months period, stop all Pueraria Mirifica treatments. When you period ends, start doses again at the amount you left off at. You'll continue all month, stopping with each period, after building up the first month. This is how most of my clients use the treatments. OR you can take the doses the 15 days BEFORE your period and then stop treatment when your period starts. How you respond to treatment depends on whether you'll need to take them all month or just the 15 days. That is something I can't predict per individual. I also advise doing massage with Pueraria Mirifica so that the breast area recieves the most concentration of estrogen. Your breasts will grow the most the 15 days before your period when your progesterone levels are rising, both hormones and others work together to grow breast tissue. Your hormones are lowest during your period which is something I feel needs to remain low during that time. It's the bodies natural cycle which is why you stop treatment during that time. I feel that if you continue to use the Pueraria Mirifica during your period after your first month of adjusting when your hormones are supposed to be the lowest, it will throw the bodies own hormone fluctuations way off causing skipped/delayed periods. Natural progesterone or wild yam creams will also enhance the benefits and is used the 14-15 days before your period after ovulation as well, again stopping once your period starts and starting again the 14-15 days before each month. It's not necessary for most to have results but is for some depending on your own bodies hormone levels. Saw Palmetto is another one that will help lower testosterone levels since women nowadays tend to have too high of levels depending on their diet, etc. I believe ainterol is fine, others that I help use their products with pretty good results. I just have trust issues and I wanted Wichai III cultivar that is used in most scientific medical studies. It is farmed and contains the highest deoxymiroestrol content along with other beneficial phytoestrogens. I've been using a private supplier since I started marketing, and I'm sure of the quality. I HAVE to have top quality with high deoxymiroestrol content to maintain remission of my autoimmune disease. I emailed and asked tons of questions before deciding, to make sure my supplier would only import Wichai III to me. I'll know if it's not the real deal and they know I'll know too, lol. I have tried 2 other suppliers using the treatments for myself, due to an import/US customs issue from Thailand and 1 of the Pueraria Mirifica products did not stop my anaphylaxis...grrrr, so I have to be very careful of quality. I do not know the exact miroestrol/deoxymiroestrol content, just know that it is Wichia III Cultivar, it is high quality, and is quite a bit more expensive than others. Do make sure what you use is not wild pueraria mirifica!!! I hope this helps and please do feel free to ask me anything!
Hi there. I am a new member and am so happy to have found this site! I am 33 yrs and have 2 children. My breast were always an A before births and now have shrunk to a AA:-(. Well, I bought a product called Purafem which also use 100% PM herb at 350mg per pill , taking 2 pills 2x daily . I use their serum and cream for breast masrage twice daily. I am on my second month and feel 'pain' in my breasts. My huge problem is that I bleed almost every week ! I dnt know how my cycles works anymore! I also started drinking Fennel tea 2x daily,to try maximise results. I am tired of my desperate state. Did I mention that this herb made me gain weight? Please explain to me how this is so because I weighed 57 kg being a 1.72 m tall,and am now 59kg ! Sorry for the long story, I need something that works without bleeding all month.
Hello nana801, Thanks so much for your comments and question! That's what happened to me after having my children. You could actually count my ribs across my chest when I laid on my back, which of course, made me pretty self conscious! I've read about Purafem but I'm not too sure of the quality...The company can say what they want about the quality but doesn't mean that it's true nor pure. The 2 pills 2 times per day is TOO much! You shouldn't exceed 1000mg per day total and you're currently taking 1400mg. I have taken up to 1500mg but only because I was on antibiotics that seemed to be wiping out the PM effects like they can with birth control sometimes. You might want to only take 1 pill in the morning and 1 at night. The pain in your breasts is normal and you'll experience that during growth, so that's good news :) I'm not sure as to what's in their cream or serum, although their ingredient list looks to be fine. The nanotechnology that they talk about is a bunch of bunk, lol. That's just saying that the cream/ serum can pass thru the skin transdermally, it's not NEW or SPECIAL technology, just a way for them to charge higher prices. You might want to avoid the Fennel because PM typically works better if it's used without other phytoestrogens. One that you may consider adding to your routine for maximizing results is a natural progesterone cream like wild yam. That is a progesterone (precursor) supplement and you would ONLY use it 14 days before your period. The bleeding all month is not normal, it can be normal to skip or delay your period temporarily while your body is adjusting but not to bleed all month. Are you using the treatments all month??? And are you on any kind of hormonal birth control while using treatment??? You should stop treatment while on your period and then resume treatment when you period ends, might be why your not regular... You want to follow the natural flow of your own bodies hormones, which is supposed to be lowest during your period. Everyone's instructions are different for use and the instructions I send with my orders are very detailed and different compared to anything else you'll read on the internet. Your weight shouldn't really be a concern because you seem to be fairly thin. Most breast tissue is fat cells so if your thin, you may gain a bit of weight to actually be able to grow. If I can't keep my weight up, I don't grow at all because my body doesn't have enough fat to distribute to the breasts. That's pretty normal, especially if you're already thin. The PM should actually be beneficial to you concerning your menstrual cycle if it's used properly, which needs to be modified accordingly per individual needs. Hello TheHiddenBeauty, Thanks so much for your comment and questions. I actually advise not using any Pueraria Mirifica treatments until the age of 20. This is precautionary advice, as I would never want to disturb the bodies own natural development. Any kind of soy product has phytoestrogens in them and may help, which is included in a lot of our diets. There are also other supplements/foods besides the Pueraria Mirifica but it is by far the strongest with the highest natural phytoestrogen content. To be honest, ANY phytoestrogen treatments could have an effect on your bodies own natural development whether it be Pueraria Mirifica or another. Pueraria Mirifica has been used as a supplement and in foods in Thailand for hundreds of years and is typically considered safe as food in most cases. We all know our food is full of synthetic hormones, chemicals, etc. so I honestly see no difference in taking a supplement that's considered safe as food as compared to just eating food, if you know what I mean...I hope this helps!
Hi, i want to thank you for sharing your information and research, it has helped answer some of my questions. I would like some advice, and hope you can help. I have been using Ainterol since the beginning of September, first of all started with 500mg in the morning, and 500 in the evening. About a month ago i increased to 1000 in the morning and 1000 in the evening. I have started to see results, and am happy about that. The only thing is, my menstral cycle has changed. I did get my period in September, but didn't in October, and it is now November, and still haven't had it. Twice i have had very small amount of bleeding, but nothing else. To top things off, (and i apologise if this may offend) but i have had thrush, not sure if it is because of the capsules. I am almost 50, and have been very regular with my period up until now. What do you think i should do? I would like to continue taking the capsules so that i can continue to grow, especially because of having the results. I have just bought two months supply of Purafem, and will recieve them shortly. I wish i had come across your site before ordering the Purafem. So Very Sorry for the delay, I've had some health complications since Oct. and just now getting caught up with questions, messages, etc. I was in the hospital for a while so it was kind of difficult for me to get to my hubpages. Honestly the 2000mg is double the maximum dose that is advised but I do have some male clients that have taken up to that much without a problem. Course, they have a lot more testosterone than we do so they have to find a good dose that achieves the results they want. Skipping or delaying of your period is normal for some. I've gone 2 months without having a period before but your body should re-regulate with continued use.
As far as the thrush goes, well, that could be caused by any number of things. Antibiotics, hormone imbalance, perimenopause could all cause some problems with thrush (really not that uncommon, even in healthy individuals). You may be taking too much of the Pueraria Mirifica and it's causing a hormone imbalance, although that's not likely. Since you're almost 50, perimenopause wouldn't be out of the question for as far as an explanation for the thrush and possibly why your periods are not on schedule. I would have to say that 1500mg, would more than likely be safe, considering your own bodies estrogen levels aren't as high as it used to be. I've taken 1500mg per day before because I was on an antibiotic and I didn't experience any problems on that high of a dose. I'm only 100lbs. so that's a super high dose for someone my size.
I would cut back to at least 1500mg (3 caps) per day and do massage 2 times per day. The massaging helps to stimulate other hormones that play a role in breast growth/enhancement. My infusion that I developed, is capable of increasing size when used alone. In combination with oral capsules, it helps to maximize and speed up results. Massage is VERY important! Using the infusion will also allow you to be able to cut back on oral doses while still growing. It's effects are more concentrated on the breast area rather than a whole body effect. Well, the estrogen related cancers are still an issue that I caution about...Since Pueraria Mirifica is all natural, there aren't many substantial studies regarding it's effect pertaining to various cancers. The Pueraria Mirifica is actually very cancer preventative if you've never had a female related cancer and it also depends on the kind of cancer you've had or currently suffer from. It has been proven to actually kill MCF7 breast cancer cell lines in high doses but it's about the only cancer cell line with scientific studies. I caution against using Pueraria Mirifica treatments if you currently have a female related cancer or have ever suffered from one in the past but I HAVE had estrogen related cervical cancer twice. Both of which occurred within a 2 year time frame. This was before I started my Pueraria Mirifica treatments and I was well aware of the risks. Fortunately for me, as an individual, I have not had the cancer return for over 2 years, YAY. My benefits of using the treatments for my autoimmune disease outweighed my risks, so I was willing to take that chance. I've not had the cancer return and the treatments also completely got rid of fibrocystic breast disease in both my breasts. Soooo, in my case, I would have to say that the treatments have been very beneficial to my health and prevention of cancer. I did NOT have cancer at the time of starting treatment but had had it in the past, so yes, I had risks involved. So far, so good :) I would honestly have to say that it depends on the specific kind of cancer and the cause of the cancer, like bad estrogens being the cause (which is involved in most female related cases)...Pueraria Mirifica contains a very beneficial bioidentical estrogen (estriol) that is produced the most by the placenta during pregnancy. It's nothing like the "bad" estrogens that are found in foods (herbicides/pesticides/meats), skin care products (parabens), birth control (synthetic hormones), prescription menopause treatments (prempro/premarin which are derived from horse urine), etc. I hope this helps and have a great day!
